Der Sohn von Gramoz Ruci: Ledio Ruci ist in einem Unfall verwickelt und die SP Partei schliesst ein Zusammenarbeit mit der Skrapari Mafia Partei aus

 Der Sohn von Gramoz Ruci: Ledio Ruci  war in der Nacht in einem Verkehrs Unfall verwickelt, wobei die 28 jährige Brunilda Pinderi starb. Wer von beiden Fahrzeugen den Unfall verursacht hat, ist im Moment noch nicht geklärt. Eigentümer von einem BMW Mini Cooper.
Das weisse Fahrzeug gehört Ledio Ruci, mit Ausländischer Nummer, was wieder mal Alles sagt, denn normal haben diese Fahrzeuge nicht einmal eine Auto Versicherung und sind gefälscht, oder von abgemeldeten Fahrzeugen.

  “BMW X6″-Platten Griechische Kennzeichen IKY3939 von Ledian  Ruci und “Mini Cooper” Italienische Kennzeichen CG 832 SC bei Edi Lika!

Gute Chance, das die Kennzeichen gestohlen und gefälscht sind, und eventuell auch gestohlene Autos, was nicht überraschen könnte.

Tiranë, aksidenti me djalin e Rucit, vdes 1 e plagosurTIRANË- Ndërron jetë sot në Spitalin Ushtarak në kryeqytet njëra prej të plagosurave, e cila u përfshi në aksidentin e mbrëmshëm, në rrugën e Elbasanit në kryeqytet. Ajo është identifikuar si Brunilda Pinderi, 28 vjec.

Si pasojë e aksidentit, tre persona mbeten të plagosur rëndë, ndërkohë që njëra nga dy vajzat u shtrua në gjendje të rëndë në spital. Policia bëri të ditur se, në aksident u përfshi edhe djali i deputetit të PS-së, Gramoz Ruci.

Ngjarja ndodhi mbrëmë rreth orës 21:20 ku një automjet Mini Cuper dhe një MBW X6 janë përplasur. Viktima së bashku me 2 të plagosurit e tjerë mësohet se udhëtonin me Mini Cuperin, ndërkohë që Ledio Ruci, djali kreut të grupit parlamentar të Partisë Socialiste, Gramoz Ruci drejtonte automjetin BMW X6.

Burime policore bëjnë me dije se makina e shtetasit Ledio Ruçi, i cili po ngjitej në unazë, ka hyrë në kryqëzim me shpejtësi dhe pas përplasjes me Mini Cooper-in e ka lënë atë pas dhe ka lëvizur diagonal, duke dalë nga kryqëzimi ka hipur në trotuar derisa është përplasur me muret e një Fast Food-i.

Grupi hetimor mori djalin e Rucit në pyetje në lidhje me shkaqet e aksdientit, ndërkohë nga hetimet paraprake dyshohet se të dyja automjetet kanë qenë me shpejtësi të madhe, por do të jene hetimet që do të përcaktojne se cila nga automjetet ka qenë shkaktar për aksidentin e rëndë.

Rama closed door for Meta

During the meeting with the newly elected members of the National Assembly, the opposition leader, Edi Rama, asked a more active role by them and he replied to the voices inside the Socialist Party appealing for unification with the Ilir Meta’s Socialist Movement for Integration for winning over Berisha.

was a closed-door meeting for the media, but a press release of the Socialist Party headquarters quotes Rama:

“The last assembly was not always in the required levels, especially for the territorial coverage, which is one of the assembly’s main functions as a leading forum of the party. It left the entire burden on the MPs”.

Sources inside this assembly declared for Top Channel that Rama considered as naive, for not saying ridiculous, that some Socialist Party exponents suggested to join Meta for winning over Berisha.

Rama is quoted of having said that this is like admitting that they cannot win over Berisha without Berisha’s half, while the Socialist Party and today’s opposition coalition has the obligation to remove Berisha with a new morale, as a guarantee for good governing.

The Socialist leader asked the newly members of the National Assembly to send their propositions for the new leadership of the party, which will be elected in December.

Vor allem die Italienischen Top Leute der Sicherheit und Anti Mafia Einheiten schüttelten den Kopf, über das primitiv kriminelle Construct, des Ilir Meta und Salih Berisha, der sowieso Nichts kapieren will, mit seinem Idioten Club, aus kriminellen Regierung Beamten.

Dann kam die Reaktion, wie geplant, als Gary Kokalari und wir entsprechende Non-Stop Fakten veröffentlichten.

    Nonsens ist dieses Forum und warum eine Parlaments Präsidentin, welche auch noch strohdumm ist, dort etwas zu Sagen hat, sei dahin gestellt.

    Albania has taken the presidency of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation.

    In this framework, in Tirana started the 38th session of the assembly, in which were present around 100 MPs from other member countries and 30 Albanian and Turkish businessmen. The Albanian Parliament Speaker, Jozefina Topalli, as President of PABSEC, presented the reforms and economic progresses of the country and invited the Turkish businessmen to invest in Albania.

    “This new partnership between the domestic businesses and all Black Sea members and Turkey, with the Parliament Speakers of Black Sea countries, is a strong and extraordinary economic strength to be admired. I am sure that this will be not only a successful economic forum, but also a real accelerant that will enable you to see Albania more closely. For getting to know Albania, touch it and work closer with this country, for your benefit as foreign investors and that of the Albanian businesses”, Topalli declared.

    PABSEC is holding its three-day meetings in Tirana. The 38th plenary session focuses on main topics such as “information technology and communication, as an incentive for stable economic growth”, “improvement of the tax system in Black Sea member countries” and the “Cultural, education and social issues”.

    Inzwischen wurden beide Fahrer des Unfalles verhaftet, wegen viel zu hoher Geschwindigkeit: Also Ledian Ruci (Merkenzweichen Mafia, mit seinem BMW X6) und Edi Lika Fahrer des BMW Mini Cooper.

    Aksidenti te Rruga e Elbasanit, arrestohen dy drejtuesit e mjeteve

    Policia e kryeqytetit ka arrestuar dy drejtuesit e mjeteve që u përfshinë në aksidentin e dy ditëve më parë të Rruga e Elbasanit, ku mbeti e vdekur një 27-vjeçare.

    Ledian Ruçi, 26 vjeç, dhe Edi Lika, 34 vjeç, banues në Tiranë, u arrestuan mbrëmë për shkelje të rregullave të qarkullimit rrugor. Të dy të arrestuarit ndodhen të shtruar në spital për shkak të plagëve që kanë marrë në aksident.

    Një ditë më parë ka ndërruar jetë në spital 27-vjeçarja Brunilda Pinderi, e cila mbeti e plagosur në aksident. 27-vjeçarja ka qenë duke udhëtuar si pasagjere me mjetin Mini Cooper kur është përplasur me makinën BMW X6, e drejtuar nga Ledio Ruçi. Në aksident mbetën të plagosur lehtë edhe dy drejtuesi i mjetit Edi Lika dhe një vajzë me inicialet B.R.

    Sipas policisë, aksidenti ka ardhur si pasojë e shpejtësisë me të cilën udhëtonin të dyja mjetet. Aksidenti ka ndodhur në një zonë të populluar, por fatmirësisht nuk ka pasur të lënduar të tjerë. Automjeti tip BMW X6 pas përplasjes me Mini Cuper më pas ka hyrë në trotuarin anësor dhe është përplasur me një nga muret e ndërtesave.

    Police arrests Lika and Ruci
    After concluding with the forensic expertise for the car crash that took the life of a 27-year-old this Sunday, Police released two arrest orders for both drivers: the 26-year-old Ledion Ruci, son of the Socialist MP, Gramoz Ruci, and the 34-year-old Edi Lika.

    After this crash, the 27-year-old Brunilda Pinderi passed away in hospital.

    Police experts declared that both drivers had violated traffic regulation, which caused the crash between Ruci’s BMW X6 and Lika’s Mini Cooper. The latter had two passengers in his car, one of whom died.

    Police says that the biggest error comes from the Mini Cooper, whose driver had not respected the traffic lights.

    The BMW had also violated the speed limits while driving through the crossroad.

    Ledian Ruci, son of MP Gramoz Ruci, escaped without any damages, thanks to the airbags.

    After the crash, the BMW X6 entered a nearby Fast-Food in which were many people, and fortunately none of them was hurt.

    Ledian Ruci, the son of the Socialist MP, Gramoz Ruci, has been relieved from charges for the tragic accident that took place in Tirana.

    Tirana Court gave the security measures for Edi Lika and Ledian Ruci, the two drivers of the vehicles that were involved in this accident.

    The court sent to prison Edi Lika, the driver of the Mini Cooper, in which was the victim Brunilda Pinderi.

    The Prosecutor had asked the same measure for Lika, claiming that he had infringed the traffic rules with fatal consequences.

    As for Ledian Ruci, the Prosecutor raised no charges and he was released.
