Ilir Meta, ist wie erneut bewiesen ist, ein Partner der Deutschen SPD - FES und wurde von Joschka Fischer als “Reformer” verkauft, was ein absurder Witz war, weil Ilir Meta, als [8] “Frankenstein”, der Albanischen Politik und als extrem dummer Super Gangster gilt, mit seiner Partei LSI, welche erstaunlicherweise nun über den LSI Gesundheits Minister auch noch die Impfstoffe, für die Betrugs Schweinegrippe verkaufen will in Albanien.

Die Polizisten Morde der Durres Banden, sind eine Legende, was direkt mit der [9] Ermordung des Polizei Präsidenten Gani Malushi anfängt, im August 2009, wurden die 4 höchsten Polizei Direktoren erschossen, wobei die Partner des Mörders [10] Dritan Dajti in Durres bestens bekannt sind, wobei Dritan Dajti, ein direkter Unter Capo, des [11] Sokol Kociu (höchste rangig in der Partei Demokratika von Salih Berisha, als er 2001, wegen 8 Tonnen Kokain festgenommen wurde) und bereits verurteilter Mörder war. Motor der [12] Durres Mafia, schon in 1995. Und die Verbindungen ins Verbrecher Kartell rund um den Kosovaren “Lul” Berisha, wurden vor aller u.a. von Lefter Koca, Fatos Nano, Ilir Meta und Spartak Braho und Söhne, natürlich ebenso zelebriert.

Der Generel Staatsanwalt Sollaku damals stellte Verfahren auch wegen Mord seiner Söhne ein, wie bei den Söhnen der Aussenministerin Arta Dade, wegen zahlreichen Verbrechen, was allgemein bekannt ist. Die Akten verschwinden, wie die Ermittlungsverfahren gegen Hashim Thaci und Xhavit Halili, und seinem Mord an seinem Zimmer Kollegen Herrn Uka in Tirana.

Um das Mafia Geschäfts Modell zu retten,  besuchte Spartak Braho (vor wenigen Tagen) die 3 Albanischen Experten für das Video Gutachten rund herum im Ilir Meta-Dritan Prifti Skandal und hatte ein Gespräch von über 1 Stunde. Albania-Kosovo agreement rekindles old suspicions

A deal to unify consular services abroad, to be followed by similar moves in all other sectors, is a source of concern for some about potential Albanian territorial aggression.

“Albanians should feel themselves the same in Tirana and in Pristina,” Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha said. [Reuters]

An agreement to merge the Albanian and Kosovo consular services abroad has sparked concerns in parts of the Balkans that the deal is a step towards realising “Greater Albania “.

The accord was approved by Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha’s cabinet on October 20th. It would halve the two countries’ consular costs, the government said.

“Albanians should feel the same in Tirana and in Pristina,” Berisha said, calling also for similar deals in the fields of customs and taxes, as well as in the education, social, cultural and environmental sectors “and everything else”.

“We have to strengthen co-operation within the same legal framework and practices in order to reduce bureaucratic barriers between citizens of Albania and Kosovo,” he said.

Kosovo analyst Seb Bytyci heading the Pristina-based Balkan Policy Institute echoed Tirana’s arguments.

“Kosovo and Albania are small countries without resources to have consulates everywhere,” he toldSETimes. “This deal enables them to provide better services to their citizens. Similar deals are common even among richer countries, who still feel the need to cut costs.”

The foreign ministries of Macedonia — which signed an agreement for joint consular representation with Slovenia — and Montenegro told SETimes they respect every country’s right to conduct its external and internal affairs.

“We welcome every initiative targeted at improving the regional co-operation,” the Macedonian foreign ministry said, but added it “would not comment the statements and the relations between Kosovo and Albania”.

“I don’t see why should this disturb Montenegro,” Deputy Foreign Minister Ivan Milic told SETimes.

Macedonian diplomacy expert Lazar Lazarov cautioned there is more to this kind of agreements than meets the eye.

“In the first phase you have rapprochement, joint customs and economy, but the second phase in this process usually is unification,” Lazarov told SETimes. “It will be difficult for Kosovo to maintain its statehood in these circumstances. Both Albania and Kosovo seem to work on the ‘Greater Albania’ project, mentioned first in 1878.”

Clashes for village’s reservoir

The residents of the Terbac village, in Gracen, Elbasan, protested in front of the Elbasan prefecture against some persons who have destroyed the reservoir that the village uses for irrigation. 

Some days ago, the residents asked help from the local administration, but received no answer.

A representative group from the residents met the Prefect Shefqet Deliallisi for their problem, but they were attacked while leaving the building and one person has remained injured.

The clash was recorded by Top Channel’s cameras. The person who attacked and offended the villagers is accused of having destroyed the reservoir. His name is Besnik Basha, 33 years old, who now faces a criminal charge.

According to the residents, he is trying to turn the reservoir into an agricultural land, pretending that it belongs to him. The residents are asking the reservoir to be repaired, since their life is maintained from agriculture and the area has no other ways of irrigation.

Doctors advise flu vaccine

In this season are expected new subtypes of the AH1N1 virus, and the specialists of the Public Health Institute appeal the citizens to take the vaccine against flu. 

“Although we say that the AH1N1 virus will circulate again, there are some new sub-versions of this virus, the AH3N2 and the virus B. We consider these as new viruses. The symptoms are the same with that of the normal flu, which is a treacherous illness. It can come in easy forms, but also heavy ones. Besides the flu, there are other viruses for which there is no vaccine. All age groups should be vaccinated for the flu”, says Silva Bino, director of the Infective Diseases at the ISHP.

According to Bino, the new viruses are expected to circulate in March, and the new vaccine includes seven of these subtypes, among them even AH1N1.

Besides elder people, this vaccine should be a priority even for those people who suffer from another illness. Epidemiologists from other districts are invited for taking the necessary recommendations to keep the situation under control.

The Specialists appeal the citizens to address to the family doctors and not neglect the advices that in our country are given in an abusive way by the pharmacists. 

Environment Minister: Limits on deforestation

Legal and illegal deforestation has increased erosion in a national scale and has helped floods. 

During a meeting with representatives  from the Science Academy, the Minister of Finances underlined that there are 240 companies operating in Albania, and that there must be a conditioned ratio between the companies and deforestation level.

“Unfortunately, in Albania there are more than 240 companies that exploit forests without professional conditions or the appropriate expertise. This number of companies is excessive for Albania’s territory. It is time for a deep reform, if we want to save our forests and to extend them rationally”, Mediu declared.

The Minister of Environment demanded a review of the state partnership with private firms, in order to make rational forest exploitation and make the private companies showing interest in the cooperation. The MP Jemin Gjana asked more funds for the forest sector from the government budget.

“The budget program leaves the forests aside, together with other sectors. The Albanian agriculture has not been able to receive the necessary funds from the budget programs.”

In this meeting were asked also concrete measures for preventing forest fires.
