Der “Null Funktion” Mafia Regierung, wird erneut Verhandlungen über den EU - Kandidaten Status abgelehnt

Das einzige was in Albanien funktioniert, sind korrupte Richter und Staatsanwälte, die Null Funktion Polizei (Ausnahme Grenz Polizei), für die Bevölkerung und alte Grund Besitzer, werden durch die Politik Banden terrorisiert, wie das primitive Mafia Chaos, der Zerstörung des Tourismus und Antiker Stätten, durch die dümmste und kriminellste Regierung der Welt. Die Land Raub Mafia der Politik, ist wohl so eine Art Terroristisches Hobby der sogenannten Politiker und seit über 10 Jahren gut bekannt.

Der Politischen Klasse, wird die Schuld gegeben, welche absolut Nichts unternimmt, einfachste Gesetze, oder die Justiz, wie Präfekturen in Funktion zubringen. Alles wie vor einem Jahr und noch schlimmer.

Die Frage ist nur wann, denn der kriminellste Politiker von allen 4 ist Salih Berisha, der eine Art Non-Stop Volks Terrorismus betreibt, zusammen mit hoch kriminellen Mord, Waffen, Frauen und Drogen Banden.

 

Reine Luft Nummer werden noch in Tirana produziert, während wichtigste Gesetze, wie rund um das Bau Gesetz,Schutz der Eigentümer, Schutz Antiker Stätten und “Touristik Zone”, keinerlei Funktion haben. Jeder macht in Albanien,was er will und die Politiker sind meist Kriminelle und sogenannte Geschäftsleute, welche kein Interesse haben, das Gesetze in Funktion sind. Allen voran: die Salih Berisha und Skrapari Bande, des Ilir Meta.

Da sind ja selbst noch die Taliban, ein Vorzeige Staat, gerade auf dem Gebiete des Tourismus und Kultur, wenn man sieht, wie dreist die militanten und kriminellen Banden der PD Partei sich in Albanien als Terroristische und kriminelle Gruppen, mit Straf Freiheit aufführen.

Eine Folge, sind der Verlust von 100.000 Arbeitsplätzen in der Touristik, der Fischerei Industrie (wegen der total Zerstörung der Laich Gründe und Fischerei Schutz Zonen durch illegale Lokale und Abwasser Einleitungen, wie Dynamit Fischen sogar in Flüssen und Seen,auch mit Gift) Folge: niemand hat noch eine Rendite bei Touristischen Projekten und der illegale errichtete Bauschrott, kann nur abgerissen werden.

Albania Banks Register Spike in Bad Loans

 

Data published on Tuesday by Albania’s Association of Banks say bad loans reached 18 per cent of the total credit portfolio in August, the highest level to date.

Official: EC penalizes Albania

The European Commission concludes that despite the progress, Albania has not created the conditions to open the negotiations for the EU membership.

EU evaluates that there is insufficient progress for the political criteria of Copenhagen. The political stalemate that was created after the elections of 2009, the result of which was opposed by the Socialist Party, has dominated the interior political scene of this year. The mistrust among parties grew after the January 21st events and the local elections.

The violent incidents of January 21st, which caused the death of 4 protesters, amplified the mistrust environment not only among the political forces, but also for the state institutions. The May 8th local elections, as result of the contradictions for the count of miscast ballots and the contested result for the Municipality of Tirana intensified the polarization among the majority and the opposition”, the report says.

Although the local elections are considered competitive and transparent by OSCE-ODIHR, they showed a lack of trust between the political parties and affected the electoral administration. Violent incidents were also noted during the electoral campaign, according to the progress report, and despite the improvements in the voters’ list, the problems regarding their accuracy are still unsolved.

The European Parliament recognizes a modest progress in the organization of the Parliamentary procedures and the preparation of an agenda, but the key priority of the opinion for a proper functionality of the Parliament, based on constructive and stable dialogue between political parties, has not been fulfilled. Corruption continues to prevail in Albania and remains a serious concern, according to the commission, while the freedom of speech in the media has also insufficient progress.

Fule: Political stalemate halted Albania 

Erion Muharremaj, who teaches Justice, lists a series of factors for Albania’s failure to realize the two priorities of the judicial system.

“In the Albanian judicial system is missing a real and effective meritocracy system, as regards the judges’ work evaluation. I don’t know if there is any transparent system that evaluates the judges’ work. Most of the trials are still held in the judges’ offices, what have not enabled the development of a regular process, not only formally, but also because this enables the interested parties to contact with the judge. Justice not only must be served, but it must be seen that justice is being served. The public’s opinion is that there is a high level of corruption in the justice system. There are a series of factors, closely tied to each other, that have made Albania unable to implement these two criteria set by the EU”, Muharremaj declared.

Few minutes after the EU Ambassador to Tirana, Ettore Sequi, co-signed the European Commission’s progress report for Albania, the head of the government informed the Albanian citizens that the requests of the European Commission are right and the problem consists in the country’s political class.

Hier protestieren Einwohner und uralt Grund Besitzer bei Bulqize, das die Salih Berisha Mafia rund um Genc Ruli, wie so oft, willkürlich Wasser Kraftwerks Lizenzen ausstellen, Grund Besitz zerstören, ohne das je lokale Behörden eingeschaltet sind, wie das Gesetz befiehlt.

Rund um den Mafia Sport Club “TEUTA” in Durres, wurde wieder ein Sportler ermordet. Diesmal Abends mit dem Messer niedergemetzelt.

Zoll Freiheit in Kroatien fällt auch weg, denn die Albaner betrügen überwiegend und es handelt sich um Waren aus China, oder der Türkei!

Eine enorme Öl Verschmutzung und Verseuchung ganzer Landstriche, durch Bankers Petrol und andere angeblichen US Investoren, wie dem Kriegs Verbrecher Wesley Clark, oder dem Mafia US Senator Eliot Engel! Auch keine Neuigkeit
