Die Familie von Josefina Topalli, oder “Copa”, hat nie Grundbesitz in Tirana gehabt, lässt sich aber für Phantasie Grundstück in Tirana, nun zum zweiten Male entschädigen. So läuft nun mal der Non Stop Staatsbetrug in Albanien, während die Institutioen nicht funktionieren und Topalli, sogar Parlaments Abstimmungen zusammenfälscht. Die Familie stammt aus Skhoder.

Gjon Cobja, Null Schulbildung, aber nun als enger Verwandter von Josef Topalli, Albanischer Consul in Mailand und weitere Verwandte, werden wie die eigene Tochter (Null Schul Bildung, aber Sängerin), oder aus der Unterhaltungs Branche, nun plötzlich Botschafter und Alles mögliche und über die Botschafts Posten versorgt. aus [4] Shekulli vom 12.12.2010

Die peinlich dumme Josefina Topalli, der Mafiosi Tritan Sheku (Ex-PD Chef von 1996-97 und Aussenminister) uralte Enver Hoxha Nachwuchs Leute und mit allen Privilegien versehen hier auch mit Ramiz Alia!

Disa lexues kanë identifikuar dhe persona të tjerë si Mehmet Elezi, Maqo Laknori, Agim Mero, etj. Lutemi kush njeh politikanë të tjerë në këtë foto të dërgojnë komentet e tyre, mundësisht pa fyerje dhe brenda etikës.

Compensation pays Parliament Speaker twice

The Agency for Property Return and Compensation has financed for the second time in six years the family of the Parliament Speaker, Jozefina Topalli.

This agency announced yesterday the 107 persons who would benefit land compensations for 2011, and among them are the heirs of the Gjon Çoba family, part of which is the Parliament Speaker Jozefina Topalli (Çoba). The head of this agency, Elvis Çefa, declared that the 107 names list includes only subjects who haven’t benefited before from this compensation process. But the family of the Parliament Speaker has benefited in 2005, when the State Commission of Property Return and Compensation cast lots.

The land that was compensated in a monetary value included 200 square meters of land in Tirana. But, according to “Shqip”, this decision is being implemented in Shkoder. The governmental decision no.192, dated 3 August 2011 “For setting the rules and the criteria for the distribution of the compensation fund for 2011” says that in this process are not included the subjects that have benefited in the past.

“The decision that is being implemented has never been treated with compensation. For the decisions that are partially changed due to the classification, the agency will take the earliest date and number of the decision and will make a chronological ranking for the acceptance, return and compensation of that property”, says clause 1/c of this decision.

During a press conference, the head of the AKKP declared that after reviewing 1012 requests, the result was that there are 107 subjects, ranked by chronological order of the dispossession, starting from the oldest decision. The latest decision from this fund is dated 23 September 1994”. But the list shows that there is a former owner who is benefiting twice. This citizen is Jak Zanga, who has two properties with decision number 660 and 665.

“The subjects who have applied for taking the compensation in cash, with decisions dating before September 1994 and do not result as winners, have been disqualified because: 1 – They have received a prior compensation “physical or financial”. 2 – They have had essential mapping problems in their decisions, which have made the agency unable to identify the property and compensate it. 3 – There have been missing basic documentation such as inheritance certifications, procures etc. without which the agency could not conclude the procedure”, Çefa declared.

There are 107 subjects that will benefit a fund of 670 million ALL, offered by the government. The subjects, according to this list, will have the money on the bank accounts that they have sent to the Agency of Property Return and Compensation after 18 August 2011.

 

Unter den privatisierten Objekten sind keine Militär Stützpunkte an der Küste, aber auch viele Städtische Projekte. Die Albaner Mafia, versuchte ab 2010, Militär Stützpunkte zu verkaufen, ohne jede Rechts Grundlage. Das wurde erst nach einem Jahr im Frühjahr unterbunden, als man jede Privatisierung der Küsten Grundstücke ausschloss. Genauso wie die Dulaku Bande (ebenso wie immer die Skrapari Bande mit Ilir Meta und seiner CIA Tussi: Monika), der SP Partei, im Internet und per Schilder Hunderttausende von qm Grundstücken im Golf von Lazhe und Sarande zum Verkauf anbot. Grundstücks und Immobilien Verkauf, mit gefälschten Urkunden ist das Haupt Geschäft in Albanien, inkusive illegal bauen, schlimmer wie bei den Taliban.

Lista e pronave të nxjerra për privatizim gjeografikisht shtrihet nga fshati më verior e gjer në atë më jugorin të Shqipërisë. 300 pronat publike që po shiten janë objekte funksionale ose jo të llojeve të larmishme, hotele, magazina, librari, uzina, kovaçhane, berberhane, reparte ushtarake, klinika, zyra, rrobaqepësi, restorante etj. Shumica e këtyre objekteve janë rrënuar e janë bastisur, e tashmë shiten në gjendje të mjerueshme, natyrisht, me një çmim fare të lirë.

Kjo ka qenë politika e 20 vjetëve të tranzicionit në Shqipëri, politikë të cilën vijon ta ndjekë Berisha e qeveria e tij edhe sot e kësaj dite.

Kështu, shiten objektet e Uzinës së Superfosfatit në Laç, bashkë me ato të Azotikut të Fierit, dy gjigandët që dikur prodhonin plehra kimikë për tregun vendas por edhe për eksport.

The Competition Authority ordered the concessionary company that manages Porto Romano to unblock liquid gas cargos.

The authority declared that this port has forbidden the cargos of some private subjects, and it suspects that this measure has been taken for limiting competition in this market.

“The Competition Commission declares that this might be an urgent situation, which risks creating a great and irreparable damage for market competition. The Commission decided to open a preliminary investigation in this market”, declared Ermal Nazidi from the Law Office of the Authority of Competition.

The liquid gas market has shown monopoly tendencies even in the past, when some companies tried to control the market through dubious practices, mainly by limiting the unload points in ports.

Die Hintermänner, gerade in Durres und Tirana, laufen frei herum und nennen sich Buseness Männer rund um die Dashamir Gjoka Mafia, Agim Hoxha, Vangjush Dako, Hasanbeliu Mafia, welche Strohdumm ist und alle Gesetze ignorieren und Grundstücks Eigentümer der alten Bevölkerung von Durres.

Zur Erinnerung, was der US Botschafter damals sagte, als die Politik Mafia, (u.a. mit Hilfe von kriminellen Deutschen Diplomaten und Politiker), einfach Konkurenz Probleme, mit Sprengstoff und der Kugel löste!

U.S. Urges Gov’t to Keep Pressure on Crime Lords
Tirana, October 28, 2003 - The U.S. ambassador warned Albanian crime lords on Monday that the international community was hunting them down and urged Albania to continue to pursue them because crime would harm its bid to join the West.
Albania became a key smuggling route for drugs, people and guns into Western Europe after the fall of communism and its weak and corrupt judiciary is often accused of letting criminals go free.

‘’Crime is still destroying your country and challenging its ability to enter Western bodies,’’ Ambassador James Jeffrey said in a speech to trainee judges in a seminar on people trafficking, NBC reported.

‘’We also have a message for the crime lords: We know or will soon learn who you are. My government, our European partners and the Albanians, are after you,’’ Jeffrey said.

Albania has been rocked recently by several murders of top businessmen, which have not been solved, and the gunning down of the chief prosecutor’s driver, in what is believed to be a warning by crime organisations to their investigators.

Një vajzë e re ka denoncuar në Komisariatin Nr. 4 në Tiranë për tentativë përdhunimi badiguardin e kryeparlamentares Jozefina Topalli. Policia merr kallëzimin, por nuk ndalon majorin e dyshuar për krim të rëndë, pasi gëzon “imunitet”, duke u përfshirë në një tjetër skandal të rëndë.

Burime të besueshme nga policia e Tiranës bënë me dije se dy ditë më parë një vajzë rreth të 20-ve është paraqitur në sportelin e komisariatit nr. 4 në kryeqytet duke dhënë emrin dhe mbiemrin e personit që e kishte ndjekur dhe tentuar ta përdhunonte.

Bëhet fjalë për një shoqërues të rëndësishëm të spikeres së parlamentit Jozefina Topalli, me inicialet I. M. Por komisariati e ka mbajtur ngjarjen tepër sekret duke mos e publikuar dhe duke mos kryer asnjë veprim ligjor në transparencë me publikun dhe institucionet.
