Eduard Halimi soll Justiz Minister und Aldo Bumci, soll Minister MTKR (Sport, Kultur, Tourismus) werden

Aldo Bumci, ist ohne Zweifel eine gute Wahl und von Eduard Halimi, als Justiz Minister ist Nichts zu erwarten, wie so oft, weil er direkt rund um die illegale Mafia Siedlung Hamalaj verwickelt ist. Eduard Halimi, gehört zur Wahl Kommission für die Kommunalwahlen, welche in Tirana manipuliert wurden und von der EU Kommission, wie den Amerikaner kritisiert wird. Eduard Halimi, war aktiv ebenso dabei, als der kriminelle Pyschopat Salih Berisha, vollkommen durchdrehte, und dem Staatspräsidenten, dem Geheimdienst Chef und der Generalstaatsanwältin einen Putsch vorwarf und versuchte dies Weltweit über die korrupten Drogen Diplomaten und Botchaften zu verbreiten.

Allein 5 Parlaments Abstimmungen über Gesetze, fälschte die Salih Berisha Bande und die sogenannte Parlaments Präsidentin Josefina Topalli, welche wie ein Klein Kind, Sprachen beherrscht, aber mangels Bildung, kaum bis 3 zählen kann. Kurz gesagt, wählen sogar Abgeordnete, welche wie bewiesen, nicht im Parlament, noch in Tirana sich aufhalten.

The Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha filled the two seats that had remained vacant for three months at the Justice Minsitry and that of Culture and Tourism.

The head of the government assigned Eduard Halimit, a legal lawyer, as Minister of Justice, and the leader of the Democratic Party for Tirana, Aldo Bumçi, in the seat of the Minister of Culture and Tourism.

Both democrat MPs are current members of the Commission of Laws, very active in public debates. Aldo Bumçi is becoming a member of the government for the second time, after being Minister of Justice for a short period during 2005.

While Eduard Halimi is entering the government cabinet for the first time, two years after sitting also for the first time at the Albanian Parliament. One of his most important duties was the presidency of the Parliamentary Commission that had to investigate January 21st events, a commission that has not been gathered for a long time and from which Halimi must resign.

Recently, Eduard Halimi was part of the group of lawyers who assisted the Democratic Party at the Electoral College during, the legal battles for the Municipality of Tirana. The President has 7 days to decree their names, and the last meeting for this Parliamentary session will be held this Thursday.

Wenn bessere Politiker wie Neritan Ceka und Aldo Bumci etwas zu Sagen, kann man nur hoffen für Durres, das eine weitere Verschlechterung der Situation durch kriminelle Beton Bauten, endlich nach über 10 Jahren gestoppt wird.

Man will bei dieser verbrecherischen Zerstörung des Tourismus durch kriminelle Banden, nun auf den Basis Tourismus rund um Kultur und Natur fördern. Aber das sind 10 Jahre nur Versprechunen, welche bei der Umwelt Zerstörung und Land Besetzung durch Mafiöse Banden, nun oft zu spät sind.

Stefan Füle, EU Kommission kritisiert heute Albanien wegen den Wahlen und besteht auf der Erfüllung der 12 Punkte, für die Funktion eines Staates, vor allem Justiz, Grundstücke usw.

Kommentar: Salih Berisha, hat die gefälschte Albanische Geschichte des Enver Hoxha, übernommen, einer 3.000 Jahre alten Albanischen Geschichte, was eine PR Erfindung der Kommunisten rund um Enver Hoxha war.

The Archeological Museum of Durres, one of most important in the Albanian Fund of Cultural Heritage, will be one of the objects that will be reconstructed for the celebration of the 100th anniversary of independence.

In the inauguration ceremony of this 100 million ALL project, Prime Minister Sali Berisha noted the significance of guarding and preserving this archeological richness that proves the 3000 old Albanian civilization.

“There is no country in the world with such a small territory and such a large cultural heritage”, Berisha declared.

Prime Minister Berisha asked the Ministry of Culture and Tourism to intensify the cooperation with the local administration for opening new museums, in order to promote the rich cultural, archeological and ethnographic heritage of the Albanians.

“This is “The Beauty of Durres”, discovered by Vangjel Toce. It is absolutely a Mona Lisa in a mosaic. There are other monuments like this. I will quote Muhamet Ali Pasha who visited Egypt and declared that they should clean the Egyptian diamond. In fact, he founded the modern Egypt. We are founding here all times altogether, but we also must clean our diamond. A diamond that will shine as a living proof of the eternity of the civilization of this country and its people”, Berisha declared.
