Steuert Tirana ins Chaos, nachdem die erfahrenen Verwaltungs Direktoren zurücktraten

Bei der hohen kriminellen Energie der Berisha Partei Gänger und absoluten Inkompetenz, der totalen Verblödung, gerade unter einem Lulzim Basha, einem Profi Lügner und vollkommen korrupt, wird es mit Tirana abwärts gehen.

17.7.2011: Die Amerikaner, sprechen ihre Zweifel aus, an der Tirana Kommunalwahl und der Profi Mafiosi Salih Berisha, wird abgedankt Die EU Commission hat die selben Zweifel und tagt in diesen Tagen, wegen der manipulierten Tirana Wahl und dem Null Funktion Staat Albanien, wo nur Krimnelle, sich überall Land aneignen und bebauen, wie die Umwelt zerstören.

Genau das wurde befürchtet, wenn die erfahrenen Leute um Edi Rama, aus dem Job ausscheiden und die Berisha Bande erneut in Tirana, ein urbanes Chaos anrichten, wie es ab 1992 bis 2000 geschah. Diese Dumm Banden, sind überwiegend gerade in Sarande, Durres, Vlore, Peskopje, Orikum dafür verantwortlich für hoch kriminelle Bauten, ohne Baugenehmigungen. Als einzige Stadt in Albanien, gab es ein Funktion der Stadt Polizei und Bau Polizei in Tirana, was z.B. in Durres nur ein krimineller Witz ist. Dort gibt es lt. Mafia Bürgermeister Vangjush Dako, keinerlei Bau Kontrolle und die letzten Bäume, wurden erst vor kurzem an der Küste vernichtet.

Der neue Bürgermeister Lulzim Basha, hat keinerlei Erfahrung eine Verwaltung aufzubauen, noch sonstige Fähigkeiten.  Das die Salih Berisha Adminstration, ein Sammel Surium von Idioten sind, oft mit gekauften Schulzeugnissen, wie es in Nord Albanien üblich ist, haben diese Leute immer wieder in der Vergangenheit bewiesen.

Edi Rama, ist und war Motor für hoch kriminelle Geschäfte in Tirana, und Motor der Geldwäsche für die Drogen Kartelle, wie Grundstücks Diebstahl, was den EU Menschenrechts Hof beschäftigt in über 250 Fällen, wo Alt Eigentümer einfach die Grundstücke mittels Fälschungen gestohlen wurde, von der Tirana SP Mafia. Erst nach 2009, arbeitete Edi Rama seriös.

A few days before Lulzim Basha sits in the Mayor’s office at the Tirana City Hall, after the latest decision of the Electoral College, a great part of the directors in this institution, although they have the “civil employee” status, which protects them from the wave of replacements that is expected, have given their irrevocable resignation.

This list has 21 names of directors in the main sectors, such as Dritan Agolli, Majlinda Dhuka, Sonila Qato, Albana Koçiu, Irfan Dashi, Enton Punavija, Afrim Qendro, Ogerta Manstriliu, Migena Vishko, the two chief inspectors Zyhdi Dajti and Ardit Kraja, and many others. Not long ago, the Vice Mayors Albana Dhimitri and Vali Bizhga had also resigned together with the Director of the Cabinet, Belinda Balluku and all Mayor cabinet members.

The resigning employees of this long list justify their decision by simply emphasizing the lack of desire to continue their work with the new Mayor. Their request says that “proud of the service we have given up to now to our city, and with respect to every citizen to whom we had the honor to give our service, and with regret for the inability to continue our work under a leadership without moral legitimacy, regardless the protection offered by law for keeping our positions, we announce our irrevocable resignation”.

Meanwhile, the other employers of the Municipality continue to be under pressure. They are aware that they will be sent away, but they don’t want to lose their jobs. They discuss with each other that the new Mayor will pay the debt to his militants and the allying parties by employing them after firing all current employers. At least this happens with the administration each time the leadership is changed.

Funktion der zurück getretenen Tirana Administration! Etliche sind kriminell und korrupt, aber Einige sind Ausnahme Beamte in Albanien und extem fähig, wie der Chef der Stadt Polizei und der Bau Polizei Direktor.

Skhoder - die Muriqan Bruecke und das Albanische Debakel eines durch die Idioten Mafia kaputtes Tourismus
Ein Vorzeige Projekt, der kriminellen Salih Berisha Regierung, diese Bruecke bei Skhoder zum Grenz Uebergang Muriqan, nach Montenegro zu bauen. Weil man aber nicht den Bruecken Bau Standard hat der Roemer und Osmanen vor 2.000 Jahren und nur an Betrug interessiert ist, sieht man deutlich, das die Bruecken Pfeiler vollkommen unterspuelt sind. Deshalb kann die Bruecke nicht geoeffnet werden und nur Fahrradfahrer benutzen die Bruecke.  Alles was Albaner machen ist Hirnlos und fuer Ratschlaege von Experten, wie im Tourismus ist man resistent. Man kann auch Sagen, man zelebriert seine Verbloedung,weil die Intelligenz ausgewandert ist.

Nur der Konferenz Tourismus boomt und das 20 Jahre ohne eine Basis für eine Funktion von Wahlen und Demokratie zuschaffen.

Ambassadors visit Edi Rama

Two days after the publication of the letter sent by the the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group leader, Astrit Patozi, to the Socialist Party headquarters, EU and OSCE ambassadors, Ettore Sequi and Eugen Wollfarth, met with the Socialist Party leader, Edi Rama, with whom they discussed for more than 90 minutes. The meeting was informal and the discussion details remained confidential. Sources say that part of these discussions were the elections, or more specifically, the mandate of the new Mayor for Tirana, which for the Socialists was stolen on the table of the Central Election Commission and afterwards in the Electoral College.

The Socialist Party has given no further details, while it is still unclear if they have discussed the letter that the DP Parliamentary Group leader, Astrit Patozi, sent to Gramoz Ruçi on July 13 and that was made public only on July 16th, after the opposition refused the invitation for a meeting at the Albanian Parliament.

Socialist Party sources state that there is still no official answer to the letter sent by the Democrats to propose the establishment of the Commission of the Electoral Reform, which would ask assistance from OSCE-ODIHR and the Commission of Venice.

However, there is a general stance of the Socialist Party on the political situation, since Edi Rama declared five days ago that they cannot talk about constitutional reforms before having the Democratic Party to admit that the elections for Tirana were stolen. Rama declared that the international community must guarantee these reforms. It is still early to say if this meeting served even for this matter, but we believe that this might have been another discussion topic between the ambassadors and the Socialist Party leader.
