Thaci beschwerte sich bei den Amerikanern über Salih Berisha

Der Vorgang, spielte sich in 2009 im Kosovo ab, weil Salih Berisha sich in Alles einmischt, und den Kosovo als Kolonie von Albanien betrachtet.

Koha Ditore reports on the front page that a diplomatic cable from a series of WikiLeaks reveals insecurities among the Kosovo political leadership. The paper reports that an unpublished diplomatic cable, part of the WikiLeaks file, sent by the U.S. Embassy in Pristina noted that a visit and the political influence of Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha in Kosovo had worried Kosovo’s Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi in the summer of 2009, several months before the November 15th local elections. In a private conversation with officials of the U.S. Embassy, Thaçi had expressed concern over the alleged interference by the Albanian Prime Minister in Kosovar politics. 

“In a private conversation after the meeting, Thaçi told the officer in charge that he was concerned by Prime Minister Sali Berisha’s interference in politics in Kosovo,” the cable reports. Thaçi’s meeting with U.S. representatives took place several days after Berisha hosted a meeting with AAK leader Ramush Haradinaj in Tirana and signed an agreement of cooperation between the Albanian Democratic Party (PD) and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK).

Thaçi further argued that Albania’s interference in politics in Kosovo constituted a threat for Kosovo and called on the U.S. Embassy to reject such interference.

Prishtinë, 11 korrik– Vizita dhe ndikimi i politik i Sali Berishës në Kosovë, e kishin brengosur kryeministrit Hashim Thaçi, verën e vitit 2009, pak muaj para zgjedhjeve lokale të 15 nëntorit. Në një bisedë private zyrtarë të Ambasadës amerikane në Prishtinë, më 13 gusht 2009, Thaçi ishte shprehur i brengosur nga “përzierja në politikën e Kosovës” që sipas tij bën kryeministri i Shqipërisë.

Kështu thuhet në një kabllo ende të pabotuar diplomatike, pjesë e dosjes së WikiLeaksit, që është dërguar nga Ambasada amerikane në State Departament, dhe një kopje të së cilës e posedon “Koha Ditore”.

“Në një bisedë private menjëherë pas takimit, Thaçi i tha të ngarkuarit me punë se ishte i brengosur nga përzierja e kryeministrit Sali Berisha në politikën e Kosovës”, thuhet në kabllo, që flet për takimin e Thaçit me të ngarkuarin me punë në Ambasadë, Michael Murphy.

Gangster Boss: Hashim Thaci, with the crime Pyschopat: Salih Berisha in July 2011  Salih Berisha, ist bekanntlich zu dumm und kriminell, auch nur eines der wichtigsten 12 Kriteriums Punkte (EU Ultimatum) für die Funktion von Albanien und eines Staates zuerfüllen. Bei Hashim Thaci, einen Vollstrecker der US Drogen Kartelle, ist es nicht viel Anders, weil die NATO und USA, eines Rechtsfreien Raum in Europa wollen und benötigen um u.a. Waffen und Drogen zu verschieben.

Lassen wir den Ex-Innenminister Petro Koci, von der Opposition zu Worte kommen, der eine neue Republik fordert, weil die Justiz nicht arbeitet und Nichts mehr funktioniert.

Kommentar: Da spricht Petro Koci, wahre Worte. Er war mal einer der ganz grossen Hoffnungsträger, bis er als Motor der Mafia enttarnt wurde, der komplett alle Polizei Direktoren Posten zu 100% an die Mafia gegen Geld und Beteiligungen u.a. von Fatos Nano verkaufte. Alles unter Kontrolle der Mafia im Lande Albanien, damals in 1997, als Petro Koci, Innenminister war und sich Alles extrem schlecht entwickelte, so wie nun seit 2 Jahren erneut. Petro Koci, firmiert ebenso mit einem gefälschten Titel.

Petro Koçi, leader of The True Socialist Party, rejected all the declarations made by the Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha for a triumph of the right centered coalition.

“The real triumph was achieved by the opposition, because the real debates have always been for the municipalities, and not for the communes or the councils. The votes for the Municipal Councils must be seen as a mechanism that was set in motion due to the candidates that headed the list of the small parties, therefore those were personal votes”, Koçi declared.

Different to Prime Minister Berisha, who claimed that the Electoral College’s decision was a historical one, Petro Koçi declared that this decision destroyed once and for all the pre-electoral agreement for respecting the rules of the game.

“The decision of the Electoral College was historical in the sense that it gave the final blow to the last hopes for building a state through agreements. The Democratic Party showed to be completely disloyal for respecting an agreement. Since the day when the Electoral Code was amended, the majority of the administration belonged to only one party”, Koçi declared.

For Petro Koçi, in face of such a situation, when justice institutions do not function or function only by following political orders, it means that the republic is doomed.

“We are witnessing the end of a republic. The country needs a new republic. We need a new political code, and also a system that works in the country. The opposition has the chance to open a new perspective for changing the entire system. We have a new republic, and the opposition has a big chance”, Koçi emphasized.

But in such conditions of tense political climate, are there spaces for a further dialogue between the majority and the opposition? Mr. Koçi sees it as very improbable, since Mr. Berisha has violated previous agreements.

“The disloyalty of the Democratic Party and the government with the agreements of 2008 gives another reason for destroying all possibilities for a dialogue. The opposition must fight and oblige the government to get down to dialogue conditions, in the interest of Albania’s progress and not for dirty affairs, on which Berisha is an expert”, Koçi added.
