Auf jeden Fall, hat die EU offiziell angekündigt, das man auf Distanz zu Albanien gehen wird, wenn die Wahl nicht korrekt verläuft. Ein Fahrzeug mit einem Toden heute, in Vlore durch Sprengung. THE ADDRESS OF PRESIDENT TOPI AT THE MEETING WITH THE ORGANIZATIONS OF LOCAL OBSERVERS FOR THE MAY 8TH ELECTIONS

Excellencies Ambassadors,
Distinguished participants,
Ladies and Gentlemen,

The recent days and weeks political schedule of the Albanian institutions, but also that of the public and civil actors is dominated by the complex topic of the May 8th electoral process. For a country with a developed and consolidated democracy local elections serve as normal political tests and present occasions in which the ballot casters have the opportunity and the power to bestow the mandate upon a part of the governing political teams and at the concrete case at hand, upon the heads and councils of local units. May 8th elections must be such an occasion. They must mark the consolidation of a new stage of sustainable stability and democracy. May 8th has the chance to be the last act of the political experiment with the elections and being such it is a significant test for the political parties, for the candidates, for the elections’ administrators and for the institutions or other public and civil groups involved in this process. Each part carries its weight, responsibility and role and May 8th must serve to test the capability of each one to uphold and respect the law and the constitutional principal of exercising the sovereignty of the people through free, fair and democratic elections.

Topi: Elections without enough alternatives

11 days before the election process, the Albanian President, Bamir Topi, expressed his concern regarding the campaign; for the low participation of women candidates, the low quality of vote representation and for vote trading.

“These elections have many electoral subjects, several new parties, but compared to the 2007 elections, because of the new electing system, there are less independent candidates or new political alternatives. On the other hand, we have seen a great number of candidates who have problems with the political identity and the quality of presentation. The information for promises in exchange of votes, trading the votes, pressures from the state administration or other ways of abuses with the vote, although sporadic, if put into act, will create unworthy and unacceptable actions”, Topi said.

The Head of the State expressed these concerns during a meeting with representatives of the Local Observers Coalition and the US embassy, in front of the European Commission and the OSCE presence. The President sent a message to all political parties and candidates, appealing them to distance themselves from the wrong election practices that have happened in the past.

“As President, as a politician and a citizen, I recognize and value the irreplaceable role of political parties in a democratic society; these parties change the pluralism, represent the civil political visions and with our vote, they exert this country’s political governance. May 8th is not a race about symbols, slogans, militants of their chiefs; the political parties and candidates are racing for implementing the democratic competitive system, to offer development alternatives and models in the service of the citizens”, Topi said.
On May 8th there will be 1100 local observers, 900 of whom will report online, in real time, everything they will observe.

“State Capture” der Internationalen Mafia in die Albanische Politik

Salih Berisha, erhielt vom Albanischen Geheimdienst SHIS vor einigen Wochen einen Ordnern, mit den Namen höchst rangiger Beamter und Politiker, welche von der Internationalen Mafia bezahlt sind. Darunter vor allem auch die Gestalten aus der Mafia Partei des Ilir Meta: LSI. Geschehen ist Nichts, sondern Salih Berisha, versucht seitdem das Geheimdienst Gesetz (NATO konform) und das Gesetz zur Funktion der Justiz zu sabotieren und den Geheimdienst Chef zu entmachten, genauso wie zuvor die General Staatsanwältin, weil doch zu viele Leute in die Betrugs Zirkel u.a. von der Russen- Israelischen- Italienischen Mafia auch finanziert Einblick haben.

Typische Mafia Kandidaten, kann man überall im Lande schnell erkennen. Besonders berüchtigt: SP / Vangjush Dako - Durres, oder der PD Kandidat von der Drogen Metropole Lazarate: Dasho Aliko  über 10 Jahre, ein promineter Drogen Anbauer und örtlicher PD Kandidat unverändert.Um nur 2 Gestalten zu nennen, und die Ilir Meta Bande, macht unverändert den Stimmenkauf weiter, weil die OSCE nur abgehalferte Politiker entsendet, wie Wolfgang Grossruck, oder Studenten, welche zur Show kommen.

Ein Lichblick sind einige Medien, welche oft auch nur manipulieren, weil die wahren Eigentümer Mafiöse Zirkel sind.

VLORË-Një person ka humbur jetën në Vlorë si pasojë e shpërthimit të nje sasie eksplozivi ne një automjet sot paradite në zonën e Skelës.Ngjarja është shënuar rreth orës 11:10 minuta kur një automjet tip Opel, ngjyre e bardhe ka shpërthyer me forcë. Behet e ditur se 4 persona janë prekur nga shpërthimi i automjetit, 2 prej te cileve ndodheshin brenda makines, kurse 2 personat e tjere ishin kalimtare te rastit. Nga shpërthimi me lëndë plasëse, është dëmtuar mjeti “Opel Corsa”, me targa të huaja Ax 646 DT, me drejtues shtetasin Renato Abazi, i cili ka humbur jetën, ndërsa ka mbetur i dëmtuar rëndë shtetasi Maringlen Dani dhe kanë marrë plagë të lehta shtetasit Gerti S. dhe Galitano Z., të cilët janë dërguar për të marrë ndihmën e nevojshme mjekësore pranë Spitalit Rajonal Vlorë. News24 meson se Renato Abazi humbi jetën në spital si pasojë e plagëve të rënda në trup, kurse 3 persona te tjere jane derguar ne spital te plagosur. Mjeket pohojne se nje prej tyre, pikerisht personi qe ndodhej ne automjet me Renato Abazin, Mariglen Dani, eshte ne gjendje kritike për jetën. Zjarrfikës të shumtë mbërriten në vendgjarje dhe shuan flakët e zjarrit që dogjën tërësisht automjetin. Policia dyshon se nje sasi e konsiderueshme eksplozivi i vendosur ne automjet ka qene shkak i shperthimit te fuqishem ne automjet qe solli dhe vdekjen e nje personi. Policia Pak ore pas ngjarjes, nga hetimet paraprake Policia cilesoi se shperthimi nuk mund te kete lidhje me procesin zgjedhor dhe eshte perqendruar ne hetimin e te kaluares se viktimes Renato Abazi. Policia e Vlorës sqaron se “shkaqet e shpërthimit të automjetit në qendër të qytetit bregdetar, paraditen e sotme, kanë qenë për motive hakmarrje dhe jo elektorale”. Në komunikatën zyrtare të Policisë thuhet se, “nga hetimet e deritanishme rezulton se ngjarja ka ardhur si rrjedhojë e një hakmarrjeje të mundshme për veprimtarinë e shtetasit Renato Abazi dhe nuk ka lidhje me procesin zgjedhor”.
